Memberships at The Scratch Pad Training Center LLC may be cancelled or changed by members within their account settings. However, no refunds will be given for unused time remaining during their membership terms. The Scratch Pad Training Center LLC reserves the right to cancel or revoke memberships at any time for any reason without refunding unused time from the membership term.

2. Code of Conduct

All individuals visiting The Scratch Pad Training Center LLC, including members with memberships, are required to abide by all rules and code of conduct established by the gym. Failure to comply with the rules and code of conduct may result in membership cancellation or other disciplinary action.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Scratch Pad Training Center LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participating in gym activities or using gym equipment.
